Introduction

On Saturday and Sunday, March 9 and 10, 2019 we're presenting another series of events at our sites around Saguaro Lake. On Saturday, we will use our Saguaro Lake event site for 3 short- to middle-distance "sprints". Those feeling a little more energetic can combine all three sprints into a Motala.

Later on Saturday, we'll offer a 2-hour Night-O starting from the same Saguaro Lake site.

Finally, we finish up the weekend with a 3-hour/1:00 PM Score-O at Butcher Jones, another new event site for the club. We designed the course as a 2-hour Score-O, but because of the ruggedness of the terrain, we'll give participants up to 3 hours to complete the course, or until 1:00 PM, whichever comes first. If you want the full 3 hours, you need to start the course by 10:00 AM.

We have a full schedule of events at our Saguaro Lake event sites. We hope you'll consider joining us for a weekend of navigation fun.

Pre-Registration

In order to promote pre-registration for our events, the Club has implemented a new pricing structure. Participants who pre-register for the event will benefit from our priority pricing. While on-site registration is still available, pricing for on-site registration is more expensive. In addition, we'll print some extra maps for each of our events, but we cannot guarantee a map for those who do not pre-register.

Pre-Registration is open until Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 11:59 PM. After the pre-registration closes, you can still try your luck and register on-site. We will have pre-printed maps for everyone who pre-registers. We cannot guarantee a map for those who register on-site.

Parental Consent:

Parental Consent Now Required (Click here for more information)

All participants under age 18 are now required to have a signed parental consent form on file with the club. You can complete the form before the event and either scan it and send it to us by e-mail or bring it with you to the event.
