The South Lake overflow parking is located 0.4 miles northwest of the Alamo Lake Visitor Center.

To get to the South Lake overflow parking:

  • Travel northwest on the main park road (towards the lake).
  • Look for orange/white orienteering signs on the southwest side of the road. Park your vehicle in the overflow parking area.
