Here are recommended routes to the Pebble Beach Recreation Area:

AZ-202 East to Power Road

From Phoenix, take the 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) east to Power Road exit 23A. Turn north onto Power Road and continue approximately 4 miles to a point were the road makes a sharp bend to the east. The road going east is called the Bush Highway. Continue on the Bush Highway approximately 7.4 miles to milepost 29, the point where the road crosses the Salt River. Just after milepost 29, turn right into the Pebble Beach Recreation Area. Look for orange and white orienteering signs at the northwest part of the parking area.

Supertition Freeway East to AZ-202, North to East University Drive (exit 27)

Take US 60 (the Superstition Freeway) east to the exit for AZ-202 North (exit 190). Take AZ-202 North 2.6 miles to the exit for East University Drive (exit 27). Take the East University Drive exit then turn right onto University Drive. Travel east on University Drive for 0.2 miles to North Ellsworth Road. Turn north onto Ellsworth Road and continue approximately 8.8 miles to a point to the intersection with the Bush Highway. Turn right onto the Bush Highway and travel east for 2.4 miles to milepost 29. Just after milepost 29, turn right into the Pebble Beach Recreation Area. Look for orange and white orienteering signs at the northwest part of the parking area.
